What we can — and can't — help with

A quick read so we don't waste each other's time.

Do you give financial advice?
No. BrokeRewards is an editorial comparison site, not an FCA-authorised firm or a financial adviser. We don't hold any advisory permissions and we can't recommend specific instruments, asset allocations or trading strategies. For tailored advice, speak to an authorised adviser regulated in your country (FCA in the UK, BaFin in Germany, AMF in France, CONSOB in Italy, KNF in Poland, ČNB in Czechia, NBS in Slovakia, ASF in Romania, CNMV in Spain).
Can you tell me which broker is best for me?
We can lay out what each broker offers — instruments, fees, regulators, minimum deposits — that's what our comparison pages exist for. We can't tell you which one suits your goals, risk appetite or tax position. That's regulated advice and we don't hold the licence for it.
Will you forecast prices or give stock / crypto tips?
No. We don't publish price targets, buy/sell signals or "tips of the week". Anyone promising that on YouTube, Telegram or in a private DM is, at best, having fun at your expense. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future returns.
I have a problem with my eToro / XTB account — can you help?
We're not the broker — we have no access to your account, KYC, deposits, withdrawals or trades. Reach the broker's official support directly (in-app chat or their support form). If they don't resolve it, escalate to their regulator (CySEC, FCA, BaFin, KNF…) or the Financial Ombudsman Service in your country.
Are your links affiliate? Does that change what you write?
Some outbound links to brokers are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you open an account through them. That doesn't shape what we write about fees, regulation or platform features: same facts whether the broker pays us or not. We never accept paid reviews or "preferred" rankings.
There's a factual mistake on a page — what should I do?
This is exactly the kind of message we love to get. Email [email protected] with the page URL, the line that's wrong and (ideally) a source for the correct value. We update quickly and credit corrections in our changelog.
Press, partnerships or media enquiries?
Same address — please put "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line so we route it to the right person. We don't do paid sponsored posts or guest articles that disguise advertising as editorial.
