Privacy Policy

1.Who we are
The data controller for this site is Martin Krpenský, Bratří Jaroňků 1389, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic (Company No. 03561488). For anything in this policy — questions, corrections, GDPR requests — write to us via the contact page.
2.What we collect
When you visit a page, our web server writes a standard access-log entry: your IP address, the URL you requested, the referrer, your browser's user-agent and a timestamp. That is the only data we automatically collect.
BrokeRewards has no user accounts, no login, no contact form that submits data to our server, and no analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no third-party trackers). We do not profile users and we do not personalise content — every visitor sees the same comparison pages.
3.How we use it
We use the data described above only to:
- run and secure the website (debug errors, block abuse);
- reply to anything you send us through the contact page.
We do not use it for marketing, behavioural advertising, training AI models or any kind of profile-building. Server logs are kept for 30 days; correspondence is kept while it stays useful and then deleted.
4.Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to remember information about your visit. They are usually grouped into three types: essential (needed for the site to work), analytical (measure how visitors use the site) and marketing (track visitors across sites for advertising).
BrokeRewards does not set any cookies — none of those types. Your selected language is part of the URL (/cs/, /de/…), not a cookie. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Most browsers let you view, control or delete cookies via their own settings. For a general guide to cookies, see allaboutcookies.org.
5.Affiliate links
Some links to brokers are affiliate links. They first pass through a redirect on our domain (brokerewards.com/go/...) — that hit ends up in the same access log as any other page. After the redirect you land on the broker's site, where their own privacy policy and cookies apply. If you open an account, the broker may send us a transaction ID confirming the referral; they never send us your name, email, address or financial data. The list of partner brokers is available on request.
6.Who else sees your data
The only parties involved in handling the limited data above are:
- our hosting provider (Germany), which operates the server the site runs on;
- our email provider (EU), which delivers correspondence to and from us;
- regulated brokers we partner with — only when you click an affiliate link, and only the technical referral confirmation described above.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone, and we do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area in the ordinary course of running the site.
7.Your rights
Under GDPR (and UK GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the limited data above, and you can complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). If we change anything material in this policy, the date at the top of this page changes too.
